📅 Cancellation Policy Reminder
At Salon True, we respect our clients’ time, as well as our stylists’ schedules. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please keep the following in mind:
– A valid credit card is required to schedule appointments.
– We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.
– Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
– No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
– By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We absolutely understand that emergencies happen and will consider individual circumstances, but please note that we will be enforcing this policy moving forward.

To help avoid scheduling errors and streamline communication, we kindly ask that clients refrain from texting or messaging stylists or salon owners directly about appointments. This ensures we can keep all appointment details organized and up to date, while also allowing our team to enjoy their personal time outside of the salon.
🇺🇸 Independence Day Holiday Hours
To give our hardworking team a well-deserved break, please note our special hours for the upcoming holiday:
– OPEN Tuesday, July 1st, from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
– CLOSED Friday, July 4th, and Saturday, July 5th
This gives our team a chance to rest and recharge with a 5-day weekend, and we appreciate your support and understanding as we do so.
