Great service overall — from the front desk to the chair! I really enjoyed having India as my hairstylist. It’s been hard finding someone who truly understands my curly hair goals, but India definitely understood the assignment right away! I came in with a bit of disconnect from a previous cut, and she was able to work with it. I wanted to keep most of my length while achieving a rounder shape, and she took her time using different techniques to create the look I wanted. Thank you, India! I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the area (:

I never feel more beautiful than when I’m leaving India’s chair. I decided to make a big change with my hair and India blew it out if the park. I’ve already gotten so many compliments on my hair and it’s only been a couple of hours

From the moment I walked into Salon True, I was welcomed by smiling faces and good vibes. The staff is very friendly!I am particularly picky about who I see for my hair and have been getting my hair done once a year when I fly down to Florida to visit family. I just hadn’t found a salon or stylist that I liked here. Until I met Abby today!She took her time to get to know me and my hair journey. I showed her a photo of the cut I wanted to get close to having.Abby nailed it & hit it outta the park. The service she provided besides the cut was also phenomenal. After leaving her chair, I feel more educated on my hair type and how to maintain my hair.Not only is Abby a get stylist but she also just exudes good person vibes.I can confidently say that I love love LOOOOVE my hair now, will definitely be back and have found my new salon.

Jesus is an incredible new addition to the Salon True team! I brought in hair extensions, and he did a flawless color match. As someone who’s half Asian, my hair can be especially challenging to color and style, but Jesus created a stunning, natural-looking blend of blonde highlights and dark brown balayage. The result gave my hair beautiful depth, dimension, and movement — with a perfectly balanced, non-brassy tone.I couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend Jesus to anyone looking for exceptional skill and artistry!

Extremely disappointed after my color and hair cut with India. The color turned out well but I was unhappy with the cut. I have thick hair and had recently had her cut off a lot of length. I felt like the ends were too blunt and asked for a little bit of long layers to taper the ends but didn't want much more length off after recently having it cut. At the time, I failed to realized how the layers looked because the ends were curled during the blowout and I only saw how unhappy I was after washing my hair. I ended up with a bluntly cut stair step layer that stands out significantly due to the color and is much shorter than I wanted. I was refunded for the hair cut but was not called back by the manager Brian as promised to discuss my concerns about also needing the color to be fixed as well. Tess the receptionist was extremely rude and honestly prompted me to write this review. I am thankful I got a refund but it is not worth my time to continue working with this salon if this is how they are going to handle situations like this. Please see photos.

I had an amazing experience at Salon True with Jesús! I wanted a major change, and he really listened to what I was looking for, delivering a color and cut I absolutely love. The atmosphere is wonderful with great music, friendly staff, and an overall welcoming vibe. I couldn’t be happier with the result!

Always a great experience I love this place! Just love this salon. Abby is just great. Love her. Listens to your needs. She always makes you feel special and takes great care of you. Just got a shorter style and went darker with some caramel highlights. Never disappoints. Other girls in the salon are just as sweet.

Thanks Lauren!Update: been going here 9 months. Still 5 stars. Excellent cut and service, every time. They always offer a drink upon arrival. Staff is friendly and attentive. Lauren always gives me a great haircut, waxes/cleans up my eyebrows, and offers to style my hair.

I just got my hair cut with India at Salon True and I'm really happy with the results. She used so many different techniques - I have a lot of hair and it takes a bit of work to give it shape. Salon True is also super reasonably priced especially for the neighborhood. I'll return with India to get some color done next month!
