Always a great experience I love this place! My stylist was sick but they still got me in and did an excellent job of not only making me look human again but keeping me entertained with delightful conversation. Hailey and Bella covering for Lauren only proved to me what I already knew, there is no chance of having a bad day at salon true!

Haley is such a great stylist and she made me feel welcome on my first visit to the salon. I was so happy with my haircut! The salon is beautiful and I was offered a variety of drinks when I arrived. Communication with the owner by phone/text was prompt even though the salon was closed that day.

India was fantastic! 1st of all, I have curly hair and she is the first stylist i have ever had who has curly hair and wears it curly! 2) she had great ideas of what to do to my hair to give it good shape, body and life! She was lovely to talk to, and my cut is awesome both straight and curly. I highly recommend!!!

The worst highlights I ever got in my life, Haley did my highlights, and she don’t know how to do it at all. I Went there for second time so she can do a better job, but still my hair looks ugly as before. I have to find a different salon to fix my hair because it looks like i did the highlights by my self and not a professional one. Also, she was not nice at all the second time I saw her. she was making sarcasm with me which I did not like it at all . She messed up my hair , Very disappointed!

REGARDING OWNER'S RESPONSE: This is exactly how the owner interacted with me on the phone. This is not how an owner should conduct themselves. She is so condescending and nasty. She wants to pretend I was not a client and that I never spoke to this mean spirited and demeaning owner on the phone. You think I'm going to email or call you again so you can be mean... again? I don't think so.The owner was rude and demanding WHEN SPEAKING TO HER ON THE PHONE POST APPT. The owner wasn't there when a woman with food in her hair & 5 o'clock somewhere giddiness and unfocused demeanor ruined my hair. She took a blade/ razor off of someone else's station and cut a big chunk out of my hair and then sort of slink off and put the blade back. It was horrible experience. Under visible influence the non-owner cut a chuck out of my hair and when she did her mouth gapped open in shock. I drove 4 hours round trip for this kindergarten foolishness? And owner wasn't nice or apologetic AT ALL.You can pretend all you want. The timeline is very clear: While you weren't there your employee was under some kind of influence and messed up my hair. Then you were incredibly mean about it afterwards. As you are again in this review's response. DON'T GO TO TRUE SALON.

Nice place and customer service but they do not know how to color or style curly hair. The color was off and had to go somewhere else to redo it. I can sure do a better job styling my hair at home. Not planning on going back any time soon.

I have been coming to Salon True for many years. They offer coffee, tea, or wine, while you wait for your service. The colorful mural above the reception desk was painted by a local artist. Today I am writing about my most recent service. I started chemo a couple of weeks ago and my shoulder length hair started falling out by the handful. I emailed to ask if they could squeeze me in to quickly shave my head. The two owners took care of me. Brian called to let me know there was a cancellation with Tamera that evening (I think she fit me in at the end of her long day). The two of them could not have been more caring and kind to me through this emotional cut. Tamera told me that I still had strong hair on top and convinced me to go with a short transitional cut that is really cute and still short enough that it won’t clog my drain. I love these guys in the best of times, but I didn’t realize how much more I love them in the worst of times!
